1.   General

The manual will show you how to configure the tag in the ab plc software and how to import to PIStudio.

2.   Setting

• Right click the “controller tags” and to create a new tag.

• The key is the “name” of the tag as it shown below. If the tag name is dint10, then you need to set the name as dint10, if it is other name, for example “poziom”, then you need to set the name as poziom.

• Click “data type”, you will see the picture as below.

• After finishing all the settings above, you could find the tag as it shown below.

And we also attached a tag file (csv format) for your reference, you could find the “poziom” in the csv file.

3.   Import the tag to PIStudio

Choose the AB protocol in the pi studio, and then you will see the “import label” button.
